Our Service

If you are unable to use public transport to get to a medical appointment we may be able to assist you. 

We have a pool of drivers that will collect you from your home address, take you to your appointment and return you to your home afterwards.

Please call our coordinator on 0345 388 9063 in order to book a driver.  Where possible please call between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday to Friday.  At other times please leave a message on the Answerphone and we will contact you the next working day.

What appointments do we cover?

We try to provide a driver for all types of appointments.  If your requirement is not shown then please contact us to see if we can help:

• Taking relatives to see inpatients in hospital
• Relatives visits to Care Homes
• Coates Centre, Oakhaven, Lymington

Blue Badge for Disabled Persons

If you hold a Blue Badge then this can be used by our driver when taking you to appointments.

You do not have to be a driver to apply for a Blue Badge.  If you meet the required criteria then you can apply for a Blue Badge and this can be used by any driver when you are present in the vehicle.

Cost

The drivers are paid expenses of 50 pence per mile from their home address and return.  We ask our clients to make a donation to cover this expense.
